The recent small tour with ‘Fourth Page’ was a great experience we tour hagged ourselves most effectively. The last gig at the Vortex was recorded by the BBC I’ll post the when and where it is being broadcast when I know….

It was great meeting up and playing with Alexey Kruglov and Jaak Sooaar, great players ad lovely people to boot…. And a big thank you to Leo for his wonderful hospitality and positive energy and care for this string of vibrations that we throw together…….

Release date for Fourth Page’s upcoming Leo Records release ‘Blind Horizons’ will be posted soon…. Next week myself and Mark Emerson will be doing a radio interview with Genevieve Tudor for her Sunday Folk show ahead of our Five Turnings concert on the 25th…..

I’ll be heading London bound again on the 23rd to play for Master M N Hopwood with Joel Harries…. Details below… Fourth Page will also be playing a set that very night…

Ears to the front…..

Fourth Page session on the 25th went really well…. Currently mixing furiously so as to be ready for Leo Records to release in the Autumn (Fall)…….

Info on Abdon Liberty release will be posted shortly….

Myself and Mark Emerson will be playing at St Michael’s Church, Cascob (5 miles west of Presteigne, Powys, Wales UK) on 25th September at 3:30pm… It will be the first of a series of afternoon concerts in interesting locations that we will be doing over the coming months…. We are also putting together an album, more info as things progress….

Oh well back to the speakers….

More movings…..

Fourth Page will soon go back into St Jame’s in Weybridge to record another session which will be released by Leo Records later in the year.

Forwind have worked their magic and ‘Along the weak rope’ is digitally available everywhere the physical release will follow shortly keep an eye out at www.forwind.net for details…..

Mark Emerson and myself continue to record on a weekly basis and we are putting together another set of tunes… We will be performing live in September more news on that soon…..

….and finally Paul May and myself would like to thank Class 2 of Lydbury North Primary School for their great work in the workshop we gave on improvisation on the 29th June……
