New website…..

I’ve been busy honest……..

Well it has been a while since posting. In that period I have been involved with Cadfa (Camden Abu Dis Friendship Association), myself and members of the Radnor Improvisers held workshops in Knighton with a group made up of young people from Palestine, London and Knighton.. It culminated with a few performances in Knighton, Northampton and London… a highly moving experience where it was more about friendship than pure politics….

Work with Gaëna da Sylva on our The 52nd project has been coming on a pace we are currently working towards a book of photographs and words we are also working towards exhibiting “If concrete trees were possible” next year.

From the photo at the top you may have guessed that myself and Tim Harries have been in the kitchen working on some soup, it is beginning to sound rather special more will be revealed over the next few weeks.

Over the next month I will be working on a community based multi media music project that is being put together by Camilla Cancantata I will do a larger blog piece on that over the coming weeks. The two of us will be continuing our outreach project improvising in care homes over the coming months also.

My new website should be up and running in the next 3 weeks….

Anyway I have been quiet here because I have been busy there…

Hope all are well in binary land.

Been away working…..

Well there are a few things happening.

An exciting visual art and multimedia project, The 52nd, I have been working on with Gaëna da Sylva has been moving on a pace. It has a new home on the internet:

Please head over and check it out, all the information is on the website.

The gig with Tim Harries at Ledbury was really enjoyable.. We will be going into the studio in September to record some more new material… For a taster of what we are sounding like it is our dulcet tones being used on Gaena’s short films. Below is the beautiful Coedwig Parallele.

Short film introducing a new and exciting photographic project I am doing with Gaëna Da Sylva. It is a transatlantic project and you can find details on the blog site iftrees.blogger.net. The music in the film is a taster to what myself and Tim Harries are sounding like. It will appear in song form on the new record we are working on….

The weeks ahead…

Off again to do some improvising in residential homes with Radnor Improvisers continuing out reach project. Work on the new solo record is due to take an upping of pace and I am putting together a solo show that will be trawled to various places, more on that soon.

Fourth Page are brewing potentially exciting things. More on that also..

Mr Marsh is involved in this:

Things a foot…..

Well it may have seemed quiet on the Western front but things are afoot.

I have just put the basic tracks down with Tim Harries for the follow up to Dark Transport. So work has really started in earnest. We plan to do a few shows in the coming months info re when, where and such like as and when.

Fourth Page. We will be recording a new record for Leo at the end of the month, due for release in May. Live dates are being formulated as we speak, more on that as things get firmed up. Mainly mainland Europe rather than just UK this time.
